Your own Agentu. Operated by Agentu. In the region you choose.
Dedicated is a single-tenant Agentu that serves one customer and nobody else. Agentu stands it up in the region you choose, runs it, patches it and answers for it, exactly as it does for the shared service in Switzerland. Your company's memory, its AIs and its people live on an instance with its own address. Per deployment, on request.
What Dedicated is
The shared Agentu service runs in Switzerland for everyone. Dedicated is the same service, stood up for one customer alone, in the region that customer chooses, and operated by Agentu.
- Single-tenant. The database, the key store, the backups and the address serve one customer. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
- Operated by Agentu. Infrastructure as code, a reviewed pipeline with a human approval for production, encrypted backups kept in the instance's region, and the same security annex as the shared service. You do not run servers; we do.
- The region you choose. Any region Agentu can operate in, Switzerland included. Agentu-owned hardware in Switzerland, with an HSM-backed key store, follows later. Residency →
- The same choice of who holds the key. Managed by Agentu, the default: memories encrypted in the instance, opened only to answer your AIs, never stored in plaintext, every open logged. Or the company holds its own keys, with recovery by a quorum of admin devices. How companies hold the key →
- Every AI, through its own address. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and any MCP client connect to the instance's address with OAuth, exactly as they connect to agentu.com.
- One subscription per deployment. Monthly or yearly, sized to the company, with operations, updates and support included. No separate cloud bill. Pricing →
What it is not
- Not your cloud account. Agentu does not ship its code to run in a customer's AWS or Google Cloud account, and does not publish deployment templates. The instance is Agentu's to operate; the data in it is yours.
- Not self-hosting. There is no download, no container image and no source release for the public.
- Not a change to the honest limits. With keys managed by Agentu, the platform can open a memory to answer your AI, on the shared service and on a Dedicated instance alike; nobody at Agentu reads memories, every open is logged, and a compromised live server during the window of a request is the limit. Hold your own keys and the instance never holds a key that opens anything. Key custody →
- Not a region claim beyond the residency page. Where a sector rule requires in-country storage that no region can satisfy, we say "not served". Which countries →
- Not self-serve. Dedicated is agreed per deployment; nothing on this page is an offer, the agreement is.
Who asks for Dedicated
A company with a region rule
A sector rule keeps the data in one country, or a client contract names a region. The instance runs there; the rest of the company's story stays one sentence long.
A company that wants no neighbours
Separate database, separate key store, separate address, separate backups, so that an audit of "who else is on this system" has a short answer: nobody.
A company that holds its own keys
With the company root key split across a quorum of admin devices, a Dedicated instance never holds a key that opens anything, and still runs every AI the company allows, at the same time, from one memory. Agentu Professional →
