Questions people ask
Why is Professional first?
Because the company is where several AIs working one memory at the same time changes the most, and because paying companies fund the free tier for people. Agentu Professional is in build; a seat is charged only for the features that are live on the day.
Where does the Professional discount on AI seats come from?
From partner margins. Agentu sources native seats through the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Claude for Enterprise partner channels and passes its partner discount on where the vendor allows. Consumer AI plans carry no such discount anywhere, so Agentu does not pretend otherwise: for people, the saving comes from the Agentu AI packages, which bundle model access on Agentu's own keys. Your company remains the account holder of every AI tenant; Agentu acts as delegated admin and never resells accounts.
Is "free forever" real?
Yes. One connected AI app, up to the memory limit shown on the Free plan above, with no card and no e-mail. There is no plan to add advertising, sell data or gate the core free features. If the limit ever changes, it changes here, in advance.
Why pay for Plus?
Because one memory shared by Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Cursor and VS Code is where the value is for most people, because memories are added automatically rather than typed, and because keeping several connections honest (separate keys, provenance, terms) is work we do for you. One app stays free.
Why are the AI package prices blank?
Because they have not been decided, and we would rather show nothing than a number we might change. What we can say is the rule they will follow: a package costs less than the separate subscriptions it replaces. The packages page explains what each includes and has a waitlist that stores nothing on this site.
What are the Sovereignty bonuses?
Rewards for holding your own keys: extra memory on Free for holding your own keys, credits for referring a paying account, and early access to new AI integrations. The amounts are the owner's decision and are not yet set; they appear in the box above the day they are.
Why no e-mail at signup?
We do not need it. Your passkey is the credential and export is the backup. Not collecting an e-mail means there is nothing to leak, spam or subpoena. Paid plans add a billing contact and nothing more.
Which plan gets which way of holding the key?
Every plan starts with keys managed by Agentu: memories encrypted in Switzerland, opened only to answer your AI, every open logged; not zero-access, and we say so. Every plan can press "Hold my own keys" and switch to Sovereign custody, keys only on your devices (live; the one-press switch in build). Agentu Sealed, the upgrade where the key turns only with your biometric, is an option on Plus and Professional; it is in build and is not zero-access during a live grant. What happens if I lose my phone, or my recovery phrase?
With keys managed by Agentu there is no phrase to lose: a registered passkey on another device gets you back in. If you hold your own keys, Agentu cannot recover them: keep the 24 words in a password manager, back up the recovery kit wherever you choose (the iCloud Drive and Google Drive paths are in build; the file is one Agentu cannot open), and take an export now and then; an export can be decrypted and verified without us. In Agentu Professional, a company that holds its own keys recovers them through a quorum of admin devices; personal vaults stay the person's own.

Can my company pay for me?
Yes: an Agentu Professional seat gives you your work memory under the company's projects, and you keep your own personal memory separately, which the company cannot see.
