The document exists. Nobody remembers where.
Work is scattered across Google Drive, iCloud, SharePoint, laptops, inboxes and chat threads. Agentu's discovery service identifies the information that matters — documents, spreadsheets, decks, data, project folders — and categorises it so it can be found again by a question, from any model you connect, without moving a single file.
Connect, read-only
Google Drive, iCloud Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, network shares. A read-only credential; files stay where they are.
Identify and categorise
Agentu finds what matters — contracts, forecasts, board packs, client folders, the spreadsheet everyone edits — and files an encrypted description of each item by client, project, department, type and date, with its location and last editor.
Ask, from anywhere
"Where is the Q3 forecast we sent the board?" — asked in Claude, ChatGPT or an Agentu agent — returns the file, where it lives, who last changed it and what else belongs with it.
What stays where
- Files stay in your stores. Agentu keeps an encrypted index — titles, summaries, categories, locations — not copies, unless you choose to move content into Agentu's encrypted memory.
- The index is encrypted like everything else: per category, in Switzerland, readable only through keys.
- Permissions follow the organisation. A person or agent finds only what their keys allow; a finance folder is invisible to a marketing key.
- Models see the question, not the drive. Discovery runs inside Agentu; the model receives only the answer the key permits.
Inside Agentu's memory too
For information you would rather not leave in a shared drive at all — board decisions, HR matters, the project nobody should see yet — the same categorisation works on content held in Agentu's encrypted memory, where it is sealed per category, chained and shreddable.
Discovery is an optional add-on to the Professional and Enterprise plans; pricing will be per connected store and volume. Pricing →
